Tasks

What is your responsibility?

To support our core team in Berlin we are looking for a working student to help
us with client engagement coordination and operations activities. This role is
entry-level administrative support. Working students need a fine eye for detail
with strong writing skills in English.

It is desirable that you have some knowledge of -or interest in
- organizational development trends (i.e., culture change, leadership development, team effectiveness and coaching). Some knowledge of international development organizations would also be desirable.

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
& Coordinate deliverables on various projects;
& Coordinate details and prepare materials for meetings and presentations;
& Record meeting minutes;
& Copyedit texts and format documents;
& Perform research on products, new technologies, and industry standards;
& Assist with drafting letters;
& Prepare PowerPoint slides;
& Make travel arrangements;
& Schedule meetings;
& Update database information

**Minimum qualifications and expectations**:
& Excellent knowledge of MS Office is vital (Word, PowerPoint, Excel
superior skills);
& Administrative and scheduling skills;
& Fluent oral and written communication skills in English is mandatory, German
would be an additional plus;
& German work permission is mandatory.
