At Ruby Berlin HR Consulting, we are HR professionals based in Berlin, boasting over 15 years of experience in facilitating the growth of companies. In our roles as Consultants, we excel in aiding companies in their scaling endeavours. Our expertise lies in pinpointing the ideal candidates and guiding leaders to nurture and expand their teams effectively.

Currently, we are looking for a Working Student to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing and attracting top talent for our clients' organizations. You will collaborate closely with HR Consultants and support the full-cycle recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Consultants to understand hiring criteria and develop comprehensive candidate sourcing plans

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools 

  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals

  • Sort applications and manage interview calendars

Job requirements

  • Being open to learning new sourcing techniques, new technologies, and industry trends is crucial in a dynamic field like recruitment

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong organizational skills

  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with colleagues to achieve team goals

  • Fluent in English with a solid grasp of German language comprehension
