As our People Technology Lead (f/m/d), your mission is to design and create a positive digital employee experience which enables our employees easy access to all people related topics and all members of the people team with easy to use systems and fail-proof digital processes. You will report directly to our Director of Reward & People Digitalization. The role can be located in any country we have offices (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, France).

**In this role you will**:

- Be deeply invested in understanding the value our people teams bring to the business (and the value they want to bring) and ensure our technology supports creating this value.
- Own our full suite of People Technology solutions, ensuring People Technology scales with our rapid growth and expansion.
- Your first project: The implementation of Workday.

**What will help you to be successful in this role**:

- Experience (5+ years) implementing Workday and other People Technology solutions.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Authenticity, accountability, transparency and proactive action are among your key values.
- The ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You can speak the language of our IT teams to ensure they understand our business requirements and can execute.
- Experience working with all functions of a People team (Payroll, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, etc.) and implementing technology solutions according to their needs.
