Your mission

This is exactly why we need your recruiting expertise and empathy As a Recruiter (M/F/d) you will be together with our Senior Recruiter in charge of our entire recruiting process. You are a competent and helpful contact person for all colleagues and enjoy representing Blickfeld internally and externally. You like to be hands-on and always have an open ear? Your tasks
- You take care of the whole recruiting process from the job advertisement, taking part in (virtual and personal) interviews up to contract signing - everything in close cooperation with our various departments
- You ensure a smooth recruiting process while being part of the operative day-to-day business as well
- You support us with active sourcing search strategies to attract experienced professionals and executives through digital networking
- You support the whole team in analysing recruiting channels and processes and in documenting and evaluating recruiting key indicators

**Profile**:

- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration with focus on HR, economic psychology or any other related field
- You have first hands-on experience as a Recruiter (M/F/d) at best even in a fast-growing international Tech company
- You already use social media for active sourcing and know how to find best profiles
- You have a pronounced hands-on mentality, have experience with tech profiles and are not afraid to make decisions in a highly volatile environment
- You are a strong communicator and empathetic personality who really enjoys recruiting
- You are fluent in both German and English
