That is why we are looking for a passionate and driven Recruiter (m/f/d) to help us attract and hire top talent across a variety of functions, including tech, business, and administrative roles as well as strengthen our People & Culture team, that is located in Munich and consists of three employees. In this role, you will also play a key part in driving STABL’s growth by developing and executing recruitment strategies. As the bridge between our teams, external partners, and candidates, you will ensure a seamless recruitment process that reflects our strong employer brand and delivers an exceptional candidate experience.Your missionYou own full-cycle recruiting process across the whole organization from crafting targeted job ads and sourcing strategies to filling the rolesBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates by uncovering new channels, active sourcing, promoting internal referrals, and developing creative but effective strategiesMaintain and update our ATS (Personio) with accurate candidate data and recruitment activitiesLeverage data analysis of our recruitment performance and market benchmarks to drive enhancements in our recruiting strategySupport employer branding initiatives to strengthen our company’s presence in the DACH marketYour profileYou have at least 3 years of demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a technical, fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of key hiring channels with a strong ability to create and use innovative recruitment and sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of strong candidatesConfidence in using data to guide hiring decisions, improve existing processes, and provide valuable insights to stakeholdersExcellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English (German is a plus)Strong sense of ownership and autonomy in combination with strategic thinking to improve company-wide efficiencyWhy STABL Energy?STABL Energy is one of the most innovative start-ups in the energy transition, ees Award winner and named a global Top100 Energy Start-up.
