Take the challenge and help build one of Germany's fastest-growing tech start-ups. **Your mission**: - Lead your own people projects: Since we are currently building our next level People Team you have the chance to develop and lead your own projects outside your recruiting activities. - Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent: You will work with the People Team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that help us attract the best and brightest minds to our company. **Your profile**: - You have a proven track record Recruiting and Active Sourcing, either as an in-house recruiter or recruitment consultant. - While you enjoy getting to grips with complex technical contexts, you bring experience working in a fast growing environment. - You are a self-starter and are able to build structures where needed.
