YOUR NEW ROLE

In this newly created role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar workers for our manufacturing plant in Munich. Manufacturing is at the heart of what we do, and your role will be highly-visible within the business and critical for our future success.

We are looking for a true expert who will help us elevate our game by bringing solid expertise around attraction strategies and employer branding, and an ability to partner effectively senior business leaders in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities will include:

- Driving employer branding initiatives to promote our brand and help position LivaNova as an employer of choice in the Munich area. This will include establishing partnerships with local educational institutions, developing local networks and maximising use of social media
- Partnering with the wider HR team in a collaborative manner, ensuring the process runs smoothly

ABOUT YOU

Ideally, we would like to see the following:

- Solid experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and campaigns for blue-collar workers
- Expertise in developing effective talent attraction strategies and employer branding initiatives
- Clear and engaging communicator, with the ability to act as a brand ambassador and influence stakeholders effectively
- Previous experience in using an ATS and social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Fluent German and English language skills, spoken and written
- Creativity in finding workable solutions
- Resilience and “can-do” attitude
- Collaborative and down to earth ( that’s how we are)
