**Job description**:
**Customs/Shipment Service**
› Application for exports and their presentation to the export customs office / participation in the electronic export procedure
› Preparation of all delivery documents and transfer of goods to carriers
› Placing of forwarding orders according to agreed delivery conditions
› Cooperation in correspondence with the main customs office and the chief tax office, provision of documents for audits
› Carrying out final transport packaging

**Customer Service System Support**
› Creation and release of production orders based on external and internal customer orders
› Cross-departmental coordination of order tracking
› Analysis of the deadline situation of lots with regard to the customer order, derivation of priority decisions

**Job requirements**:
› You have **successfully completed your studies** in the commercial field
› You have** relevant experience in connections with customs and export tasks**
› In addition to **fluent German**, you can also conduct a **technical conversation in English**
› You are able to **work independently** and in a structured manner with independent priority decisions.
