Hello, we are **AMBOSS,** and we have an exciting opportunity for an **Accounts Payable Acoountant **who’d love to support creating a unique environment at AMBOSS.
We spoke to our hiring manager, who shared how they felt this role would impact our mission:
“As an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant, you support our young, central and agile accounting team with enthusiasm and professional know-how. You will help our team to reflect the company's strong growth in accounting in a timely manner and in compliance with tax & economic law. You will assume your own areas of responsibility and contribute to the constant optimization of our internal processes through your own initiative.” Okay, let’s see what it takes to make a difference

You will: *
- Own the full invoice process, from verification to booking. (Really: This should be where your heart beats).
- Use your careful hand for credit card transactions and cost allocation (Yes We take our job very seriously).
- Train our colleagues within the company, on travel expenses and other receipt questions in a patient manner (we are a very social company : )
- Use your daring heart to shape and optimize accounting processes (hands up, hands-on)
- Help with Month End and Year End Closings (there are no problems, just opportunities : )

**You bring**:

- Training commercial/business/tax clerk OR a studied accountant
- Experience at least 2 yrs in the field of Accounting; the more years of working experience, the more it makes up for any missing education in Accounting (we care more about passion & experience than about titles)
- Polite and clear communication; both written and verbal
- Our company language is English, so having German skills would be a plus, but being ready to learn German makes up for it
- Simply put: you are an accountant by heart with enthusiasm to make our Accounts Payable division the best

**What your interview journey will look like**:

- An interview with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers to get to know you, understand your career motivations and give you more insight into the role and team;
- A secondary interview with our Hiring Manager, to dive deeper into the role and asses your technical skills for the position;
- A get to know your team session in the form of a panel interview
