The mission has begun. We are proud to announce that we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp-up of our global headquarters for global cell production in our Battery Valley. The tasks and requirements of the company are diverse. Operations takes care of all production-related activities within battery cell production. Our tasks range from planning and construction to commissioning of the upcoming battery cell factories. In addition, the planning and implementation of operational functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also an important part of the operational area.

**How you will CELLebrate**
- Coordinating change management from the rollout project/production site in operations
- Developing, proposing, coordinating and representing solution concepts for complex changes in operations in each case in connection with cross-functional problem solutions
- Involvement of other areas including coordination, implementation and coordination of the defined measures
- Obtaining approvals from the respective committee
- Continuous optimization of the change management process in operations

**What you need for our CELLebration**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in a project coordination role, preferably in a technical or engineering environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Fluent in English
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate project documentation
