The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

**How you will CELLebrate**
- Organizational and content-related support of the Head of Planning & Project-Management as well as the associated managers and teams
- Provide strategic support to the Head of Planning & Project-Management in prioritizing tasks, projects, and goals as well as taking the initiative in proactively driving of tasks
- Preparation and harmonization of analyses, reports and presentations as well as decision papers
- Technical consulting for managers of the division in organizational topics as well as project organization related matters
- Act as representative for Head of Planning & Project-Management in meetings & internal activities
- Responsibility for individual/special tasks according to the specific knowledge and experience of the job holder

**What you need for our CELLebration**
- Degree in engineering or related field
- Several years in a production-related role with experience in strategic planning and project coordination
- Analytical, logical and proactive mindset, strategic thinking
- Fluent in written and spoken German & English

**What else can you bring**
- Additional experience in battery cell manufacturing or development desirable
- Experience in project management

**What to look forward to**
- Flexible working hours from 28 to 40h per week
- Possibility of a 4-day-week (up to 35h per week)
