**Who we are**

**Your role and key responsibilities**
- Support in the planning and management of projects in the field of Energy Storage Systems (ESS)
- Creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules and status reports specifically for ESS projects
- Participation in the coordination of interdisciplinary teams (e.g. BD, procurement)
- Monitoring milestones and supporting compliance with technical and regulatory requirements
- Preparation and organisation of project meetings, workshops and technical reviews
- Preparation of reports and documentation to support ESS projects
- Supporting the identification and minimization of risks in project implementation
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, to ensure smooth processes
- Maintaining and updating project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira) to track project progress
- Supporting budget planning, monitoring resource allocation and preparing cost estimates
- Contributing to the optimization of processes and the further development of standards for ESS projects

**What you bring to the team**
- Knowledge of battery technologies, charging algorithms and energy storage principles
- Extensive knowledge of project management tools, e.g. Jira, MS Project
- In-depth knowledge of battery storage technologies and market trends, including lithium-ion technology and other storage systems

**What makes you stand out**
- Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, business or a comparable qualification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience of working in a demanding environment
- At least 3 years proven experience in project management, ideally with PMP, or Scrum, or PRINCE certification
- Business fluent in English
