Who We Are
Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The Strategy department is responsible for the development and implementation of the global PowerCo strategy. Responsibilities range from strategy development, market intelligence and business development to strategic partner management.

Your Role And Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the existing worldwide PowerCo Group strategic partnerships portfolio
  • Representing the existing worldwide PowerCo Group strategic partnerships portfolio towards VW Group
  • (Further) development, implementation and management of the governance guidelines
  • Reviewing, tracking, coordination and management of existing contractual and regulatory obligations
  • Creating internal and external (decision-making) templates for management
  • Processing cross-functional projects and special tasks

What You Bring To The Team

  • Master's degree in the field of business administration/industrial engineering/business informatics/business law
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in an international strategy consultancy, auditing firm (Big4) or a comparable corporate position
  • Extensive knowledge in the coordination of complex projects and in strategic project management
  • Experience with cross-functional and intercultural collaboration and negotiation skills
  • Independent, structured and results-orientated way of working as well as excellent and target group-oriented communication skills
