About the Job

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager (M/F/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and lead its Product strategies.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on developing product strategies and product vision, and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

**Join our portfolio company**: A German company focused on streamlining home and garden product shoppers’ online shopping experience. A one-stop-shop market leader, the e-commerce platform offers 1M monthly users a full range of services.

**In this role, you’ll**:

- Be responsible for the E-Commerce Tech products (Shop, PIM, ERP, Data, Infrastructure etc.)
- Lead all Product Owners (one PO per product team) disciplinary and functionally
- Take care of prioritising the features on the cross-company roadmap
- Develop and manage the product strategies and the product vision
- Work and lead cross-functional product teams in close coordination with the Head of Engineering
- Innovatively develop processes
- Support the Product Owners in their personal development

Your Profile
- 5 years E-Commerce experience
- Deep knowledge of agile processes
- Proactive design of cross-team processes
- Hands-on experience in tech product development (e.g. PO activity)
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset
- Fluent in German and English

Please note that we are looking for support in the Hamburg office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
