A challenging task
Lead the project managers within the PMO New Products team and take care of your own projects in the role of Project Manager
Lead and mentor the PMO New Products team to ensure their professional development and growth.
In case of capacity constraints, prioritize activities within the team and within the organization.
Creating a good team spirit and a collaborative goal-oriented teamwork within the PMO New Products team as well as a most efficient communication within your team and the organization
Focusing on meeting efficiency and assuring a transparent and proactive communication.
Encouraging creativity and interdivisional cooperation to find pragmatic and entrepreneurial solutions for our daily challenges.
Establishing an atmosphere of learning - learnings are used for future projects which are even more challenging.
Identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. For this purpose, at the beginning a Risk Management System to be implemented in the company.
Establish and maintain project management systems, processes, and tools that support effective project management and decision-making.
Master new challenges with the help of your strong analytical and strategic and goal-oriented thinking
Inspire your colleagues for joint projects and lead them empathically and professionally

A convincing background
Successful completion of natural sciences or economics or a comparable degree and several years of professional experience ideally in project management in the pharmaceutical industry
Several years of experience in project management in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a focus on drug development.
Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams, ideally first experience in leading employees
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
Experience with regulatory requirements and guidelines for drug development.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience with project management tools and systems.
Defined by a high degree of independence, healthy self-confidence as well as enthusiasm and integrity
Proactive working style which enables you to motivate your team to perform at their best
Strong analytical skills that support you in the execution of your tasks as well as good assertiveness and communication skills
Highest demands on your work and do not lose your head or humor even in hectic times
Impress with your strong presentation and moderation skills, your convincing communication, and your social competence
Very good knowledge of German and English as well as a confident use of MS Office
