**Your mission at RWE Offshore Wind**:
In your new role as Head of Digital Strategy, you will take the driving and visionary key position in building our new Digital Strategy Team. This team has the goal of identifying digitalisation demands along our entire value chain in close collaboration with the business, and translating them into technical requirements to develop suitable digital solutions. You are the link between the RWE Offshore business and the IT organisation. To identify digitisation needs, you rely on an agile, customer-centric model of collaboration. Important: You will not only develop single specific solutions with the team but will also establish a strategic digitalisation roadmap to shape the transformation of our company in the long term. Your ability to prioritise also ensures that our digital solutions have the maximum possible impact on our business.

Supporting the transformation of value chain activities with digital products - to enable efficient scaling of RWE Offshore Wind

**Your new responsibilities in detail**:

- **Shape the Team**:Building our new multi-member Digital Strategy Team, including team leadership and development
- **Digital strategy and project management**:Definition and implementation of a holistic digital roadmap for the strategic development of the company
- **Use-case focused and business-oriented**:Close cooperation with the business functions (development, construction, operations, management and support functions) to identify relevant digital use cases, e.g. to increase process efficiency
- **Be the interface for technical implementation**:Ensuring that digital business requirements are translated into precise technical requirements, and close cooperation with, for example, the Data and Digital Solutions teams of the RWE Renewables IT organisation
- **Impact always comes first**:Evaluation of identified use cases within the framework in terms of cost/benefit analyses and prioritisation based on this
- **Agile and always up to date**:Building / further development of agile project management competency (e.g. Scrum) as well as responsibility for compliance with project standards. You are building an ecosystem to promote innovative digitalisation initiatives and their scaling

**You are a great match**:

- Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
- Leadership experience in the management and targeted development of a team
- Proven expertise in the holistic development of digital solutions within the framework of use cases including the translation of technical requirements
- Knowledge in the cost/benefit assessment of digital solutions
- High willingness to innovate and a comprehensive understanding of digital transformation topics, trends and technologies
- Significant practical expertise in the agile project environment as well as experience in managing stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Advanced communication skills in English (at least C1)
