The answer: Where they like to be themselves - in their favourite café, their favourite bar or directly on the beach. A kola was needed - as a cultural asset, not as a mass-produced commodity. No sooner said than done, the recipe was developed - not too sweet, but with plenty of caffeine to be able to take a lot of the night with you. Plus black and white faces printed on beer bottles, with a name as honestly hanseatic as the cosmopolitan hometown. Allow me, fritz.
Today we are a little bigger, spritzers and lemonades have been added, the glass bottles are small and the contents have of course remained the same. The journey continues. To all those who go through life awake. Because the world belongs to the awake.

**Your job**:
- **Strategic vision & implementation**:define and execute a comprehensive fritz-kola international digital marketing strategy to unlock the full potential of our brand in the digital world.
- **Leadership**: lead and inspire the digital marketing team, freelancer and agencies across countries, and foster a culture of creative innovations and high performance.
- **Budget responsibility**: manage and optimize digital marketing investments ensuring optimal allocation across countries, channels, and initiatives.
- **Brand & creation**: oversee all digital communication channels, including social media and D2C, whilst driving unique and engaging digital campaigns with creativity and innovative thinking.
- **Digital innovation & transformation**:stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, technologies and platforms, testing and implementing new approaches to keep fritz-kola ahead of the curve and maximize marketing effectiveness.
- **Data & analytics**: lead the development of analytics capabilities within the team to analyze digital marketing performance metrics and use data-driven insights and decision-making to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- **Revenue & growth strategy**: drive significant revenue growth, with direct accountability for marketing-attributed revenue targets and market share expansion (e.g. via D2C channel).
- **Risk management & governance**: ensure compliance with global regulations and data privacy requirements while protecting the fritz-kola brand reputation.
**Your skills**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in media or communication sciences or comparable professional experience
- A minimum of 6 years of profound experience in digital marketing, FMCG can be an advantage.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team paired with a hands on mentality
- Deep understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, D2C etc
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to execute unique and engaging digital campaigns.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
