SI RSS Energy & Performance Services (EPS) is the SI expert on and provider of sustainability, energy efficiency, and distributed energy offerings We are a business contributor based on our Sustainability and Digitalization portfolio, leveraging the potential from global customers and large-scale, complex projects. We are looking for a motivated colleague to drive the organization during the offering phase taking over responsibility for the entire proposal process for global enterprise account programs, for cross border/multi sites locations offerings. You will work in collaboration with our global EPS network, as well as with the customers and external partners. Join our Global Sales team as our Bid Manager and help us building a better tomorrow **Your responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end bid management process including overall bid compilation - Detailed planning of the bid task schedule and completion / compilation of the bid (including coordination with the headquarters) - Define and assemble the bid team, define the work-split and bid plan, and act as the main interface to presales teams - Schedule for periodic meetings to assess readiness of the bid submittals and assign tasks accordingly - Coordinate ‘Project Risk Report’ (PRR) as well as the established ‘Level of Authority’ (LoA) requirements for cross border opportunities - Metrics: established and sustaining communication strategy, Improved process results, recognized leadership, adherence to timescales and requirements, successful bid release - The Global Process Excellence Manager "PEX Manager" is responsible for the overall execution of the program - Formulate, organize & monitor inter-connected projects. Decide on suitable strategies and objectives - Coordinate cross-project activities - Responsible for hiring of PMs and other staff on projects within the program / Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff - Direct monitoring and control of project staff - Create procurement strategy across the program, assume responsibility of supplier evaluation and onboarding - Ensure up-to-date program scheduling, internally and to client - Prepare global reports as per required KPIs, internally and for client - Leads project and program reviews internally and with client - excellent communication and collaboration ability to work with diverse team across the globe **Your skills and experience** - Minimum experience of 10 years in domain Bid management, with preference in energy related and/or service’s business. - Operational experience as bid manager for complex and cross-border solutions projects; within the building industry preferred - Solid Experience with Service Business and Digital Offering is very relevant - Recognized senior bid manager, with a broad internal and external network - Ability to build trust with partners on all levels and across multiple business units and geographies - Capacity to facilitate a cooperative approach with cross-functional teams - Well organized, strong in time management, structured and target oriented - Proactive and positive attitude and able to deal with stress situations effectively - Previous experience in the implementation of business development projects and/or strategy projects is a plus Location: this position will be in any country in Europe, with preference of Switzerland. Prerequisite is in any case your legal eligibility to work in the respective country and location. Language: Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills in English (level C).
