The EMEA People & Culture team’s purpose is to empower people managers, elevate the employee experience, and build on our foundations to support the organization to grow. We are team of committed people who care deeply for each other, believe anything is possible, and relentlessly pursue our growth together.

**a day in the life**: what you’ll do
- Partnership with Regional Managers to truly understand business & talent needs
- Lead the implementation of core HR cyclical activities, delivering training and partnering with managers on follow-through actions
- Independently guiding managers through Employee Relations cases and determining approaches / minding of precedents
- Leading implementation EMEA initiatives relating to engagement and retention, as defined by the HR managers
- Manager coaching and advice on complex people matters (e.g. performance, absence, conduct)
- Supporting HR managers with org design and change management projects
- Holding business to account for upholding culture and behaviours
- Making recommendations on compensation offers
- Compiling and analyzing people data metrics and providing recommendations

qualifications, skills & experience
- 5 - 8 years’ HR experience
- Ideally some experience as senior advisor / business partner
- Employment legislation understanding for European countries; Germany, Norway, Sweden, Netherlands and Switzerland would be beneficial
- Fluent German speaker
- Experience leading Employee Relations cases, ideally Germany. Norway, Sweden, Netherlands and Switzerland would be beneficial

role classification

Your role is classified as Hybrid under our global SSC Hybrid Workplace Policy. In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed at predominantly from the London SSC however exception for this role to be based in Germany can be agreed.
