Office & Community Administrator (X/f/m)

**The Role**
Our Office & Community Administrator is the heart & soul of the Berlin office and accountable for a representable Berlin office and well-being of our German employees. You will be part of the Office & Community Team reporting to our HR & Culture Manager in London.
The day-to-day work includes regular communication with vendors, couriers and of course the colleagues on site. You own all inquiries on office equipment for the employees in Germany (Berlin and remote), plan and host monthly social events and establish yourself as trusted partner towards employees and leaders. Employee satisfaction and engagement are key to our success. This should be close to your heart and you actively help to shape this.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Office Management. **The Berlin Office looks welcoming at all times and you ensure the colleagues on site have everything they need to bring their best to work.** **You order and manage office stationary supplies as well as employee swag. Deal with incoming and outgoing post, couriers and deliveries. Manage the building access cards and guest accesses. Answer calls and direct incoming inquiries to the right contact point.
**Health & Safety**. Ensure H&S regulations as per German law is met and manage relationships with the necessary vendors and partners.
**Culture Management.** As cultural ambassador you support the HR team in planning and hosting social events on site as well as virtually. You love to organize company events such as the Christmas Party being in contact with external vendors and venues to make employee events well thought out and memorable.

- You are proficient in English and German.
- You are self-organized and able to work on a multitude of projects simultaneously and independently.
- You are friendly and customer-oriented in your approach and bring an extraordinary service attitude and a team-working mindset to the role.
- You are flexible to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines and stakeholder needs.
- Attention to detail, integrity, trustworthiness, and transparency are in your DNA.
- Previous experience as Office Admin or Manager is preferred.
