**About the Role and the Team**
- In the Revenue and Operations department, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by our technical teams and departments. This means a deep focus on a 360-degree commercial strategy that helps take new products to market and promote and maximize clients’ usage and experience with existing products.
- As a member of the Account Management Team in the DACH region, you will manage a portfolio of key accounts, nurturing client relationships and developing strategies to expand their businesses using Adform’s platform and products. Your role involves ensuring top-notch customer experiences and positioning Adform as the leading Ad Tech company. You will also identify new business opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling activities.

- Manage a portfolio of business across key strategic clients, overseeing relationships as a strategic advisor, guiding problem-solving discussions and providing best-in-class client services
- Deliver account revenue growth by engaging existing clients about Adform products and how they can be leveraged to solve their business challenges, goals and objectives
- Create and own the account plan, targets and goals, develop sales velocity to meet the targets, manage customer service levels and profitability
- Proactively monitors customer behavior and campaign results, reaches out to the client to offer optimizations
- Monitors customer experience and satisfaction results and collaborates closely with Global Customer Support teams to coordinate communication and client care
- Handle objections, escalations and account revenue challenges, manages possible solution deployment risks
- Show thought leadership and keep up to date with recent market and industry trends in local market, attend industry events with clients
- Support and share know-how with other team members in order to reach business goals and revenue objectives, work with relevant team members (Sales and Services) to assure the best platform experience

- Have extensive experience in media or a related industry, ideally with programmatic experience
- Think strategically and achieve long-term goals for assigned accounts
- Have a proven track record of driving revenue growth with large customer accounts
- Possess a solid background and fluent understanding of the programmatic market and industry
- Can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, the executive team, and industry groups
- Can execute in an intense and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Excel in presentation skills
- Communicate excellently in English, both verbally and in writing
