**Location**: Berlin, Germany
Tasks
You will work directly with our Head of Supply Chain in Berlin on further scaling Gauder and positioning the company as a leading brand in the home improvement and DIY space.
- Support our Supply Chain Team with high-impact projects
- Assist with analyzing sales performance and managing inventory levels across different warehouses and continents
- Improve internal processes and ensure smooth collaboration with external partners
- Contribute to day-to-day operations in logistics and procurement

**Requirements**:

- First experience in sourcing/procurement, purchasing, logistics, e-commerce, or similar environments
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a business-related field of study.
- Strong analytical skills - you’re fluent in Excel/Sheets and confident working with numbers
- Entrepreneurial mindset - you take initiative, move fast, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty
- Excellent communication skills in English (min. C1) - both written and spoken; additional languages are considered a plus
