Paralegal (F/m/d) - Contract Management Support

**Purpose of your Job**:
**Your Responsibility**:

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading contracts, including NDAs and service agreements, and other legal documents
- Communicate with contract partners during the contract negotiation process
- Support contract negotiation processes by preparing summaries and identifying key terms and risks
- Maintain and update contract databases, ensuring timely renewals and contract compliance
- Conduct legal research and provide summaries on relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather and provide necessary information on contracts
- Support the Contract Manager in resolving contractual disputes and amendments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist in administrative tasks related to contract management, including document signing and tracking approval workflows

**What you need to succeed**:

- Degree or certification in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in contract management, corporate law, or legal administration
- Strong understanding of contract terminology and legal principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software
- Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
