Unique Customer Support opportunity to join a small, friendly international team within a global technology innovator that offers excellent training and development.

We’re looking for someone highly customer-focused, who enjoys suggesting improvements, is curious and flexible to learn, and comfortable working with a level of independence.

**The Opportunity**

X-Rite, a Danaher Company, is a world leader in color management and measurement equipment and software, providing solutions to customers in every industry where color matters.

Based at our Munich office, the Customer Support Representative will be part of a geographically dispersed European team of 20 that provide exceptional after sales service to our business customers.

After 1 month of training, you’ll be a key point of contact for our customers in EMEA and elsewhere. Day to day you’ll process orders, prepare quotes, resolve customer issues, respond to customer requests, coordinate with other internal departments, and utilize Oracle ERP.

- Customer support experience (ADV SAV) and great communication (German and English)
- Customer-focused, proactive and positive attitude, strong organizational skills
- Additional language skills, previous Oracle exposure, and experience working within a smaller/medium-sized company would all be useful but aren’t critical
