Backoffice and Demand Management Specialist

**Purpose of your Job**:
The Backoffice and Demand Management Specialist (f/m/d) plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Business Development (BD) team by managing various administrative and support functions (backoffice) and assessing key performance indicators (KPIs) of sales and ongoing projects for optimizing business operations (demand management).

**Your Responsibility**:

- Support and manage processes from quoting (sales interface) to billing (accounting interface), ensuring smooth interdepartmental coordination.
- Review quotes for correct language, structure, and adherence to corporate identity.
- Verify quotes for accuracy in costs, timelines, and completeness.
- Maintain and organize data in BD file structures, CRM, and project management tools.
- Manage the digital signature process.
- Set up projects in project management tools with relevant transferred information.
- Ensure stakeholders access necessary project details.
- Update projects with BD-relevant info (e.g., amendments, billing plans).
- Track and report BD KPIs, visualizing data for CCO presentations.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and factors affecting service demand.
- Collaborate with teams to forecast accurately and adjust based on trends.
- Help prepare promotional materials and organize events.
- Ensure availability of sales equipment and materials.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field - or a completed apprenticeship in this area.
- Further training in Data Analysis and/or Sales, or similar, preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or as a service provider, is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong data analysis skills.
- Experience with CRM and project management software.
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
