**your mission**:
- ** Teamaufbau & Führung**: Du baust ein skalierbares Customer-Success
- & Trainingsteam auf und entwickelst klare Rollen, Prozesse und KPIs.
- ** Customer Lifecycle Ownership**: Du verantwortest den gesamten Post-Sales-Erfolg - von der Aktivierung über die Enablement-Phase bis zum langfristigen Kundenwert.
- ** Trainingsstrategie entwickeln**: Du entwickelst ein modulares Trainingssystem (Live + In-App) für unterschiedliche Kundensegmente - von der Einführung in den TargetLens Workflow bis zur fortgeschrittenen KPI-Strategie.
- ** Onboarding-Exzellenz**: Du optimierst unsere Onboarding-Experience kontinuierlich, inklusive Setup-Sessions, Templates, Tutorials und Best Practices.
- ** Customer Insights systematisieren**: Du analysierst Kundenfeedback, identifizierst Pain Points und leitest daraus Produkt
- und Prozessoptimierungen ab.
- ** Strategischer Sparringspartner**: Du arbeitest eng mit Product, Sales und Marketing, um unsere Kundenkommunikation und -entwicklung noch klarer auszurichten.

- Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Führung von Customer-Success-Teams in einem SaaS-Kontext
- Leidenschaft für Training, Enablement und strategische Kundenentwicklung
- Starkes strategisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen einfach zu vermitteln
- KPI-Verständnis: Du verstehst Wirkungsketten, denkst in Customer Journeys und liebst Metriken
- Du bist umsetzungsstark, kommunikationssicher und hast ein Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse
