Customer Success Enablement Specialist

Our rapidly expanding company is currently seeking a **Customer Success Enablement Specialist** to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the global customer success team to drive customer retention, revenue recognition by identifying and implementing process improvements. We are searching for someone who can help us create operational efficiencies through detailed analysis to develop strategic data-driven decisions to accelerate growth.
This role will work closely with a cross-functional team, inclusive of Customer Success, Deployment, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive effective forecasting for revenue recognition (with accurate "go-live" dates).
- Continually improve reporting of Customer Health Score. Key measures include adoption, product usage, renewals, upsells, customer satisfaction, advocacy, etc.)
- Develop methods to track and analyze leading indicators of renewals and upsell
- Develop methods and processes to detect early signals of at-risk accounts
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans that help accelerate company growth
- Alignment with company priorities (maximize customer satisfaction, retention and revenue recognition timeline)
- Help the global customer success team continuously improve existing strategies and processes with a data-driven approach and recommendations for optimizations and training
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of customer success, strategy, and/or operations experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Tableau experience is a plus
- Knowledge of customer success processes/SaaS customer lifecycle
- Customer success experience or equivalent preferred
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to structure and execute complex analyses and synthesize into clear insights
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize based on company goals, impact and urgency
- Strong documentation and project management skills
- Experience working in a startup environment a plus
About Duetto
