**A Day in a Life**
As Inside Sales Representative you will be a key member of our Genetic Analysis sales team serving our Biotech and Research customers in one of our UK territories. This role is focused on rapidly growing our best-in-class consumables portfolio of qPCR/CE Sequencing and Microarray solutions. To achieve success you will need to forge positive relationships within the existing customer base and develop new business opportunities.
**What Will You Do?**:
- Identify and close sales opportunities to archieve sales_ _targets
- Prospect for new business opportunities
- Build internal/ external networks and maximize collaboration via our CRM system
- Utilise account and territory planning tools
- Forecasting large deal pipeline and run rate business
- Up to 20% travel within sales territory and attend regular off-site internal meetings
- Develop appropriate selling skills consistent with Thermo Fisher Scientific's philosophy, policies, and procedures
**Who Are We Looking For**:
- Minimum BSc in Life Sciences
- Experience in a sales role is beneficial but not essential
- Knowledge of the Genetic Analysis workflow and market
- Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills
- Demonstrate a positive demeanor and desire to succeed
- Exhibits a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a constantly evolving business environment
- Digital literacy in MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint or similar programs required
- Proficient in German
