This position is part of the EMEA Customer Service Team and will be located in Darmstadt/greater Frankfurt with a hybrid working arrangement.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
Consumables orders and quotations for EMEA
Handling replacement orders
Update customers on delivery
Collating information and documents for customer questionnaires

**The essential requirements of the job include**:
Completed education, or trainings in an economical area would be a plus
Strong experience in Microsoft Office (mandatory)
First experience working with Salesforce and Oracle would be a plus
Fluency in French and English is mandatory, Italian and/or German would be a big plus

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
a customer contact / order administration role, in a fast changing sales environment is an advantage.
