Description and Requirements We are currently looking for a Field Technical Sales Support Engineer (m/f), who can proactively engage with customers to fact-find, fault find, and escalate to the next level escalation team when required. The FTSS must be able to confidently communicate with customers to manage the progression of open escalations.
