The mission

rebuild Europe’s $1T+ energy industry from scratch using AI as the operating system. No dashboards. No SaaS. Agentic AI trained on live market and operational data.

You’ll work directly with the CEO to scale Zeus from zero: building sales materials, refining messaging, structuring outreach systems, and supporting customer conversations. If you can turn complex ideas into clear stories, move fast, and execute with precision, this is your arena.

We offer

3–6 months full exposure to startup sales and go-to-market strategy, mentorship from founders, ownership from day one, and workspace at the AI Campus Berlin.
