At **Re-Twin Energy**, we build AI-powered tools that optimize energy storage and power trading. Our software answers a critical question for our customers:

**How do I optimize the business case of a battery storage and how much money can I earn in the power markets?**

It’s about buying electricity when prices are low and selling when they’re high and that’s easier said than done. Our software optimizes this complex decision-making under real-world constraints, regulatory requirements, and customer preferences.

We're looking for a **Founder’s Associate (M/F/d)** as a hands-on partner to the founding team who wants to take on responsibility from day one and help us scale Re-Twin Energy.

**Your Role: Founder’s Associate**

You’ll support and amplify the work of our founders across business operations, strategic initiatives, and external relations. You'll be involved in all key areas of the business, and no two weeks will look the same.

Your core responsibilities

• **Strategic project execution**: Support high-impact projects across product development, operations, investor relations, and company building
• **Business development**: Help identify and engage with partners, clients, and potential collaborators, prepare materials, follow-ups, and CRM
• **External communication**: Support our brand presence by preparing presentations, content for online posts and investor material
• **Events & representation**: Attend industry events, conferences, and panels with the founders
• **Internal operations**: Help run the day-to-day, from tracking target achievement to improving processes
• **Founder sparring partner**: Contribute your perspective in weekly planning, market assessments, and product or go-to-market decisions

**What You Bring**

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Energy, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in startups, energy or consulting is a **strong plus,** 1-2 years of experience in a junior position or working student is a must
• Fluency in **German and English** (written and spoken)
• Strong skills in **Excel/Google Sheets**, **PowerPoint**, and the **Microsoft 365 suite**:

• Curiosity, structure, and a hands-on mentality
• A strong communicator, both in writing and verbally, with a confident external presence
• Willingness to travel occasionally for short durations, as needed (e.g., team offsites, client meetings, or events).
