In this role, you will work closely with Blizzard’s audiovisual teams while collaborating in strong partnership with our Berlin-based production teams. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality audio localization delivery, aligning creative and technical standards across regions and time zones.YOUR ROLEAct as a key Audio Project Management contact for Blizzard Entertainment titles, ensuring alignment with IP-specific audiovisual requirements.Lead and coordinate day-to-day audio localization operations across multiple platforms and languages.Coordinate closely with Blizzard’s audiovisual teams, ensuring clear, timely communication and effective issue resolution across time zones.Collaborate in close partnership with our Berlin-based teams to ensure seamless delivery, escalation handling, and production alignment.Manage budgets, ensure timely invoicing, and oversee purchase orders.Facilitate kick-off and post-mortem meetings to continuously refine audio workflows and improve project outcomes.Provide hands-on audio expertise when required, including review of mixes, sound processing workflows, and technical audio deliverables.Support the booking and coordination of voice talents when needed; familiarity with Synchronstar and other booking platforms is a plus.Provide regular status reports, proactively flag risks, and track project progress.Ensure that all output meets audio- and audiovisual-specific IP requirements, including technical, creative, and quality standards.Your profileProven experience as an Audio Project Manager, ideally with prior exposure to Blizzard Entertainment projects.2+ years of experience managing localization projects in the video game industry, preferably within an LSP or game publisher environment.Strong background in audio engineering, with the ability to understand and support mixing, sound processing, and technical audio workflows.Solid understanding of AAA audiovisual production pipelines.Based in the Latin America region, preferably within the Brazil time zone, to ensure close collaboration with Blizzard stakeholders and our Berlin teams.Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken (B2 or higher).Strong German communication skills, written and spoken (C1 or higher).Additional languages are a plus.Excellent client-facing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.Proficiency with localization tools (e.g. MS Excel); scripting knowledge (e.g. Python) is a plus.Familiarity with standard DAWs, in particular Pro Tools, is an advantage.Why us?The heart of our success lies in our powerful, diverse team, strengthened by their care and understanding for each other.
