Are you a Project Manager with a passion for video games and multilingual storytelling? Altagram is looking for an Audio Project Manager to join our growing in-house team. 

In this role, you'll work on a number of localization projects for leading global clients, manage cross-functional collaboration, and help drive strategic improvements. You'll work on some of the industry's most exciting AAA titles while playing a key role in shaping quality, process, and client experience across the board.

Job Description
  • Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality localization for video game titles across multiple platforms.
  • Manage budgets, ensure timely invoicing and purchase orders.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients, providing clear and timely updates.
  • Facilitate kick-off and post-mortem meetings to refine workflows and improve project outcomes.
  • Occasional support with booking voice talents – familiarity with Synchronstar and other booking platforms preferred.
  • Provide regular status reports, flagging risks and tracking project progress.
  • Ensure that all output meets IP-specific requirements, including tone, terminology, and style.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional English communication skills both written and spoken (ideally B2)
  • Exceptional German communication skills both written and spoken (ideally C1), additional languages are a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience managing localization projects, ideally in the video game industry with an LSP or game publisher.
  • A background working with or for AAA developers or major game studios is an advantage.
  • Excellent client-facing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with localization tools e.g. MS Excel, Python scripting is a plus.
  • Fundamental familiarity with standard DAWs (in particular Pro Tools) is a plus.
