This is a full-time, remote position (working EU hours).RequirementsWhat you'll do ✨Manage the Strategy and execution of Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach campaigns for our international clients Perform in-depth audience research, industry research, and competitor analysis to understand each client’s USPs, the market needs, and identify the right positioning for the clientDefine the targeting & ICP criteria for every campaign based on in-depth audience researchCreate messaging for the Outbound campaigns using a combination of your own copy & AI and in-depth audience research Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations to help achieve our campaign KPIs and improve lead quantity Identify, evaluate, and test new campaign angles and niches to increase positive repliesCommunicate with clients and create reports to showcase progress and results, and manage retention and upselling.The main KPIs for the role 🏆Positive Replies (Weekly), Client Satisfaction (NPS), Client Retention (Quarterly), New Ideas proposed to Clients (Monthly), Deals Created (Monthly)Who you are ❤️‍🔥At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Sales, GTM, or as a BDR at tech companies.Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cold Email sequencersProven ability to write high-converting cold email and LinkedIn sequences.
