Als AI RevOps & GTM Praktikant:in arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Automatisierung, KI und Wachstum – sowohl an Kundenprojekten als auch an der Expansion von Checkpoint. Du entwickelst Workflows mit Tools wie Clay, n8n, Smartlead und Outreach, hilfst beim Aufbau skalierbarer GTM-Systeme und experimentierst mit KI, um Vertrieb, Marketing und Operations zu optimieren. Es gibt viel Raum, eigene Ideen einzubringen und Neues auszuprobieren.

Du arbeitest remote aus Deutschland, idealerweise aus Berlin, und bist gelegentlich vor Ort, um Vertriebssysteme zu optimieren, Prozesse zu harmonisieren und Daten in umsetzbare Erkenntnisse zu übersetzen.

Du wirst Teil eines kleinen, schnellen Teams, in dem Ideen getestet, Tools ausprobiert und keine zwei Tage gleich sind. Wir geben dir Raum, zu lernen, zu gestalten und Dinge in Bewegung zu bringen.

Deine Aufgaben

Als AI RevOps & GTM Praktikant:in sammelst du praktische Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Optimierung von Next-Gen-GTM-Systemen. Du arbeitest an internen und externen Projekten, unter anderem:

  • Automatisierung von GTM-Workflows mit Tools wie Clay, n8n, Smartlead, Outreach und Instantly
  • Unterstützung bei Lead-Generierung, ICP-Mapping und Kampagnen-Personalisierung mit KI
  • Recherche zu Marktsegmenten, Datenquellen und Prospecting-Daten
  • Aufbau oder Verbesserung von Dashboards, Automatisierungen und Reports
  • Testen und Integrieren von KI-Tools (z. B. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) in echte RevOps-Workflows
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Berater:innen und GTM-Leads bei Strategie- und Enablement-Projekten

Dein Profil

  • Wohnsitz in Deutschland, fließendes Englisch (Deutsch ist ein Plus)
  • Studium oder kürzlicher Abschluss in BWL, Entrepreneurship, Informatik oder ähnlichen Bereichen
  • Interesse an KI, Automatisierung und der Skalierung von GTM-Teams
  • Vertraut mit modernen Tools und Workflows (keine Programmierkenntnisse erforderlich)
  • Analytischer, strukturierter Denker mit Freude am Lösen von Wachstumsproblemen
  • Neugierig, proaktiv und motiviert durch Start-up-Dynamik
