Unsere Mitarbeiter sind dabei die Stütze dieses Erfolgs. Für unseren Standort in Frankfurt suchen wir ab sofort eine/einen Billing Assistant (w/m/d) in Vollzeit. Deine Aufgaben Eigenverantwortliche Vorbereitung, Prüfung und Abschluss der Ausgangsrechnungen in enger Abstimmung mit den Partnern / Teams Prüfung von Stundenerfassungen und der Narratives, sowie der weiterberechenbaren Auslagen Sicherstellung der korrekten Umsetzung der Honorarvereinbarungen Erstellen von Analysen und Reportings für das interne Management Klärung abrechnungsrelevanter und steuerrechtlicher Fragestellungen Unterstützung bei der Pflege der Kunden-Stammdaten gemäß New Business Intake sowie Durchführung notwendiger Korrekturen bei Bedarf Aktualisierung des Forecasting-Tools mit erhaltenen Informationen und durchgeführten Maßnahmen Dein Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung idealerweise als Finanzbuchhalter/in, Steuerfachangestellte/r oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Finanzen Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Billing Assistant in einer internationalen Wirtschaftskanzlei oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sicherer Umgang mit allen MS-Office-Anwendungen Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit sowie ein ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick und eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Unser Angebot Eine marktgerechte Vergütung zwischen 50.000€ und 60.000€ brutto im Jahr (abhängig von Erfahrung und Qualifikation) 28 Urlaubstage, sowie den 24.12. und den 31.12. als zusätzliche Urlaubstage Fitness- und Gesundheitsförderung mit Wellpass, sowie weitere Benefits wie . ein Jobticket, Essensgutscheine und Englischkurse Eine abwechslungseiche Tätigkeit in einem kleinen Team Die Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe, eine offene Atmosphäre und Teamgeist sind bei uns selbstverständlich Ein modernes Büro im Main Tower Haben wir dein Interesse geweckt?
