**Role**: Finance & Credit Control Assistant

**Salary**: €40,000 - €45,000

**Location**:Frankfurt am Main

We are currently looking for a Finance & Credit Control Assistant to join the Finance department in Frankfurt. In this role, you will process transactions with an organised approach in a fast-paced high-volume environment, and manage credit and collections activities for AVASK DE utilising the NetSuite ERP system.

**Finance & Credit Control Assistant, the role**
- Generate anddistribute customer invoices accurately and timely based on sales orders,contracts, and billing schedules, ensuring adherence to billing terms andcontract requirements
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports, identify overdue accounts, and prioritise collection efforts based on payment due dates and customer payment behaviour.
- Investigate and resolve customer billing disputes, credit memos, and chargebacks in collaboration with sales, customer service, and finance teams, ensuring timely resolution and accurate billing adjustments.
- Prepare and distribute accounts receivable reports, aging analysis, and collection performance metrics to management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in credit and collections processes.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements governing credit and collections activities, maintaining documentation and audit trails as required.
- Ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned bymanagement.

**Skills, knowledge and experience**:

- Experience in working in a high-volume admin environment essential.
- Excellent German and English written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Organised and proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with MS office, particularly Excel and Word essential.
