Für die rechtliche Begleitung unseres Unternehmens suchen wir Sie als Legal Counsel / Volljurist*in (m/w/d). Eine Funktion, die sowohl strategische als auch operative Verantwortung trägt.Je nach Ihrem Profil ist die Zusammenarbeit sowohl als Freelancer als auch in Festanstellung möglich. In beiden Varianten arbeiten Sie eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und stellen sicher, dass alle geschäftlichen Aktivitäten rechtskonform, professionell und zukunftsorientiert gestaltet werden.Ihre Mission bei unsSie übernehmen die vollumfängliche rechtliche Beratung von LifeLink Medical und den verbundenen Unternehmen. Ob Gesellschaftsrecht, Vertragsgestaltung, Arbeitsrecht, M&A, Datenschutz oder Gesundheitsregulatorik.
