Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab sofort für einen Einsatz von mind. 3 Monaten in Vollzeit einen (Senior) Legal Counsel (m/w/d) im klassischen Gesellschaftsrecht und Transaktionsbereich. Der Einsatz ist in Düsseldorf hybrid zu absolvieren. 

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Sie sind Teil der Rechtsabteilung 
  • Sie beraten die einzelnen Ländergesellschaften zu allen gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragen (insb. Gesellschaftsgründungen, Corporate Governance etc.)
  • Sie unterstützen bei Transaktionen
  • Sie prüfen und Erstellen Verträge, insbesondere Vertriebsverträge

Ihr Profil:
  • Sie sind Volljurist (m/w/d)
  • Sie bringen mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Gesellschaftsrecht mit
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt
