To learn more about Mission Technologies, click here for a short video: Summary HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Political Military Integration Specialist who is able to utilize a deep understanding of military technical capabilities, tactics, techniques, and procedures, to provide one or more of the following services: 1) Provide best military advice on the impact of foreign capabilities on U.S., allies, and partners military operations, 2) Develop security cooperation programs and plans, leveraging U.S. military capabilities to improve allies and partners mission effectiveness, 3) Assist in the development of themes and messaging to best represent U.S., allies, and partners military capabilities in a manner consistent with approved messaging campaigns, and 4) Assist in the technical review and research of U.S., allies, and partners national military policy to assess impacts to U.S. policy, strategy, and operational approaches. This role will provide HQs U-A (Chief of Staff [CoS], Public Affairs [PA], & Political Advisor [POLAD]) with SME support in all areas of Public Affairs, media/open-source monitoring and assessment, HQs strategic planning and business process support, and analysis, planning, and integration of Political Advisor activities. Come join our growing team todayWhat you will do Conduct technical analysis of existing and emerging foreign military capabilities and tactics to provide advice to senior leaders Maintains up to date knowledge on all aspects of security cooperation policy, plans, and programs Develop and deliver security cooperation plans and training concepts to improve allies and partners military capacities Review U.S., allies, and partners existing and emerging military policies to provide advice to senior leaders Performs liaison duties with allies, partners, and other U.S. government organization to maximize the effectiveness of security cooperation programs and political-military coordination Participate in the review of program documentation for public release Additional duties as assigned or required  What we are looking for 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience Prior military experience  Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance, with the continued ability to obtain a TS/SCI Bonus points for... Associates with a minimum of 7 years of recent specialized experience; OR recognized major industry certification with at least 7 years of recent specialized experience; OR a total of 11 years of recent specialized experience without a degree or certification 5+ years recent, prior experience at the Service Component Command or Higher Headquarters Physical Requirements May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment.
