Procurement and Sourcing Manager

We are always on the lookout for people who want to work with us to empower a sustainable world with green energy.  We are currently looking for a EPC Sourcing Manager - Renewables (all genders) to join our EPC Management & Sourcing team in Central Europe and support us for our Business in Germany. Your ResponsibilitiesBrowse the market to obtain rates from suppliers/subcontractors for the Project cost estimates.Manage/support management with the suppliers/subcontractors procurement processes for the German market, including Prequalification, RFP/RFQ, and/or contract negotiation.Conduct accurate analysis and comparisons of proposals received by suppliers, ensuring alignment with project and company requirements.Be in charge of operating purchasing activities, preparing the internal approvals requests and POs (Purchasing Orders).Insert the contracts and POs in the company's internal Digital Management System (DMS).Provide support to the Project and Construction Management team during project execution for extra orders and claim management. Requirements Degree in Engineering, MBA or a related field. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), additional European languages are a plus. Experience in PV modules, Power Transformers, BESS systems or subcontractors for Wind farms are a strong plus.
