About the role

Als Sourcing & Procurement Manager übernimmst Du die volle Verantwortung für unsere Beschaffungsstrategie und sorgst dafür, dass LANCH die besten Lieferanten, Konditionen und Qualität für alle unsere Brands bekommt. Du reportest direkt an unseren Operations Lead und bist der Key Account Manager für unsere wichtigsten Supplier-Beziehungen.

Was Du tun wirst:
  • Du identifizierst und bewertest potenzielle neue Lieferanten für neue SKUs über alle LANCH-Marken hinweg (Happy Slice, Loco Chicken, Koco Chicken und zukünftige Brands).
  • Du verhandelst Verträge und Konditionen für neue SKUs und sicherst optimale Preise, Qualität und Lieferbedingungen.
  • Du führst Re-Negotiations bei bestehenden SKUs durch, um kontinuierlich bessere Konditionen und Einsparungen zu erzielen.
  • Du fungierst als Key Account Manager für unsere strategisch wichtigsten Lieferanten und baust langfristige, starke Partnerschaften auf.
  • Du entwickelst und setzt eine strategische Beschaffungsstrategie für Lebensmittel und Verpackungen um.
  • Du überwachst Markttrends, Preisveränderungen und neue Innovationen im Food-Sektor.
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Lebensmittelstandards bei allen Produkten sicher.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Culinary und Product Development zusammen, um neue Zutaten und Produkte zu beschaffen.
  • Du managst das Beschaffungsbudget, optimierst Lagerbestände und identifizierst kontinuierlich Einsparmöglichkeiten.
About you
  • Du hast mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Sourcing/Procurement, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelindustrie, FMCG oder Gastronomie.
  • Du hast nachweisliche Erfolge in der Verhandlung von Lieferantenverträgen und Kostenoptimierung erzielt.
  • Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis von Lieferketten und Logistikprozessen im Food-Bereich.
  • Du kennst Dich mit Qualitätsstandards und Lebensmittelsicherheitsvorschriften aus.
  • Du hast ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick – Du holst das Beste für LANCH raus.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, beziehungsorientiert und verstehst es, langfristige Partnerschaften aufzubauen.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Du bist datenaffin und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Beschaffungssoftware oder ERP-Systemen.
  • Du hast Leidenschaft für Food und Innovationen im Lebensmittelbereich – Du brennst dafür, die besten Produkte zu sourcen.
