Du prägst die strategische Ausrichtung und entwickelst unsere Markenwelt konsequent weiter.WAS DU BEI UNS BEWEGST Entwicklung und Schärfung unserer Markenstrategie im Hinblick auf Vision, Mission und Haltung unserer Brands sowie unserer Employer Brand mit Fokus auf Brand Extension, Diversifizierung, Relevanz und Wirkung Sicherstellung eines konsistenten in- und externen Markenauftritts auf allen Ebenen wie beispielsweise Markenarchitektur, Corporate Design & Markenkommunikation Aufbau und Pflege strategischer Partnerschaften, um unsere Markenreichweite zu stärken und neue Potenziale zu erschließen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und den Fachbereichen u.a. Marketing und Produktmanagement für einen ganzheitlichen Markenauftritt Beobachtung und Ableitung von Maßnahmen von Markttrends, Wettbewerbs- und Konsumentenverhalten, um unsere Marken stets einen Schritt vorauszubringen On Stage auf Panels, Konferenzen und Branchen-Events bist du das Gesicht unserer Markenstrategie Aufbau des Employer Brands, um uns als attraktiven Arbeitgeber auf dem Markt und bei unseren Mitarbeitenden zu positionieren WAS UNS ÜBERZEUGT Eine überzeugende und analytische Persönlichkeit, die gerne sichtbar ist, Menschen inspiriert und unsere Marken auch nach außen souverän vertritt. Du brennst für Fitness und Lifestyle. Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Marketing, Kommunikation mit Schwerpunk Brand und Strategie oder vergleichbar 10+ Jahre Erfahrung in internationalem Brand Management, idealerweise mit Fitness/Lifestyle- und/oder Franchise-Bezug Konsequente Führungskompetenz mit Herz mit interdisziplinären Teams und strategisches Denkvermögen Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, souverän im internationalen Umfeld Innovationsfreude, Change-Kompetenz und Umsetzungsstärke Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch fließend, Reisebereitschaft
