Deine Aufgaben

  • Teamleitung: Du führst die Teams Strategy, Concept & Pitch fachlich und disziplinarisch
  • Ressourcensteuerung: Du planst Personal, Auslastung, Budgets. Du steuerst und erweiterst unser Freelancer-Netzwerk
  • Team-Entwicklung: Du entwickelst Teams und Team-Members kontinuierlich weiter und begleitest sie auf ihren beruflichen Wegen
  • Strategische Beratung: du agierst als erste Ansprechperson in strategischen Fragen und lieferst klare Empfehlungen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für unsere Kund:innen
  • Pitch Leadership: Du verantwortest unsere Pitch-Prozesse. Pitch-Story, Insight-Framing bis zur kreativen Konzeption – du optimierst Win-Rate und Deal-Size
  • Workflow-Koordination: Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Units zusammen (z. B. Brand Partnerships, Data & Analytics, Social Media, Campaign Management)
  • Tech & Tools: Du integrierst neue Technologien und Tools, die unsere Effizienz & Wettbewerbsfähigkeit erhöhen
  • Trends → Taten: Du analysierst Branchentrends und leitest konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen daraus ab
  • Du gestaltest Branchen-Events, Netzwerke und Thought-Leadership mit

Dein Profil

  • 6+ Jahre Strategie- & Creative-Leadership in Agentur- oder Brand-Umfeld
  • Nachweisbare Erfolgs-Cases in Aufbau und Skalierung von Communities, Kanälen & Content-Systemen
  • Pitch-Erfolge auch bei großen Etats und souveräne Kommunikation
  • Datengestützte Kreativität: Insights → Strategie → Konzeption und fundierte Erfahrung in Analytics, Social Listening & Social Data
  • Erfahrung in Teamführung inkl. Budget- & Ressourcenverantwortung
  • Deutsch & Englisch C1 (Fluent)
