Job Description

  • Support the collection and analysis of market, consumer, and competitor insights, helping to build the foundation of strong brand decisions.
  • Help develop, document, and update frameworks for positioning, messaging, and brand ambassador programs that drive recognition and trust.
  • Translate customer and competitor insights into actionable requirements for how our brands should appear physically, in partnership with Brand Marketing Managers and Designers.
  • Assist in preparing and scheduling creative briefs for both marketing campaigns and brand activation projects throughout the year.
  • Maintain and update strategic playbooks and brand documentation, making sure they are accurate, accessible, and truly useful for teams company-wide.
  • Gather campaign and activation feedback, contribute to best practice sharing, and support the preparation of key learnings and case studies.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years' experience in brand strategy, marketing, consumer insights, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to turn data into actionable recommendations and effective documentation.
  • Desire to learn, collaborate, and deliver value across multiple projects and teams.
  • Comfortable communicating in English (German or another European language is a plus).
