Business Consultant in HealthAllianz Digital Health GmbH (ADH) is a Munich, Germany based subsidiary of Allianz SE. ADH has a dual mission: Developing cloud-based software applications for Health insurance and supporting Allianz units world-wide in optimising their Health insurance business along the value chain. As a Business Consultant (f/m/d) you strengthen our interdisciplinary Health Governance & Consulting team with your ability to quickly analyse different health insurance markets and business models and manage Health business related Allianz group governance processes end to end. You will support in direction setting for Allianz’ Health insurance segment and engage with local teams worldwide to ensure advancements in technical excellence. Tasks Analyze different Health insurance markets, recent trends in Health insurance as well as growth and profitability driversUnderstand Health insurance business models and products across all global markets in which Allianz operates Support ADH subject matter experts in assessing the level of technical maturity in core insurance processes and in fostering technical excellence in selected entitiesDrive the implementation of regulatory or Allianz Group guidelines (e.g. with regards to sustainability) in Health entitiesManage selected governance processes end-to-end, including alignment with various Allianz Group functions and coordination of ADH internal stakeholders Requirements Master’s degree in business, economics, mathematics, or engineering2+ years of working experience (working experience in business consulting is a plus) Ideally experience in Health insurance or in managing corporate processesCurious and eager to learn about different Health insurance marketsHighly structured approach and strong problem-solving skillsHigh degree of self-organization, willingness to take ownership and the ambition to cover a broad range of topics, paired with a hands-on attitudeStrong communication and presentation skills in PowerPointFluency in written and spoken English BenefitsYou will have business impact and see the results of your projects live and in production in markets across the world.You enjoy Allianz Group benefits while at the same time working in a start-up culture – with great flexibility in working style, freedom to shape your working environment, a super-flat hierarchy and fast decision-making processes.You can balance your work and other commitments with flexible working hours and the chance to regularly work from home.You work in a fun team of highly motivated colleagues, who support each other and celebrate successes as a team.
