In this role, you focus on generating new leads, (both inbound and outbound), as well as qualify and nurture opportunities through the early stagesof the buyer’s journey. As a Business Development Representative, you are a critical part of the sales ecosystem supporting your account team and customers. Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office, 2 days per week work from home What you will doAs a Business Development Representative (BDR) Internyou'llbe part of the team that helps Adobe connect with customers at the start of their buying journey. You will be the first point of contact for people interested in our products - guiding them, asking smart questions, and helping them figure out what they 'llqualify these opportunities ready to be passed over to our Field Sales Executives. This includes target market penetration, calling on senior-level executives, following up on marketing-generated leads,webinarand event follow-up, and more.Begin with shadowing your mentor, progress to practicing through role plays and guided activities, and eventually take on more responsibility by contacting customers and leading conversations yourself. Start conversations with people who’ve shown interest in Adobe—through events, webinars, or marketing campaigns. Reach out to decision-makers (yes, even senior execs) and help them understand how Adobe’s tools—like Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Marketing Cloud—can support their goals. Spot opportunities and pass them on to our sales team so they can take things further. Work closely with teammates across sales, marketing, and operations to keep things moving and make sure everyone’s in the loop.Hit your goals for generating leads and building pipeline—don’t worry, we’ll support you every step of the way. Grow your skills in communication, teamwork, and business—while staying true to Adobe’s values and inclusive culture.
