Executive Protection Lead

Job DescriptionABOUT US: We seek an Executive Protection Lead to oversee the delivery of our global Executive Protection Programme. This role blends physical and cyber security, travel risk management, training, and vendor oversight to reduce risk for executives and enable safe and secure business operations worldwide. THE CHALLENGE:  Executive Protection & Operations: Plan and coordinate protective operations, including advances, routes, venues, and incident response.Travel Risk Management: Oversee risk assessments, approvals, monitoring, and escalation for global executive travel.Education & Training: Deliver security awareness programs for executives and staff (digital footprint, comms security, situational awareness).Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a central coordinator across Security, IT, Legal, Risk, Facilities, and Communications.Vendor Management: Source, vet, and oversee third-party providers (protective services, transport, residential assessors).Governance & Reporting: Maintain policies, SOPs, and dashboards; drive audits, reviews, and continuous improvement. ABOUT YOU: Proven experience in executive/close protection within corporate, government, or law enforcement.Familiarity with executive cyber risks (account security, phishing, doxxing).Strong OSINT skills for route, venue, and threat assessments.Experience managing third-party vendors and multi-stakeholder operations.Excellent written and verbal briefing skills.Availability for on-call rotation and rapid deployment.Preferred QualificationsCertifications such as CPP, PSP, CISSP, TRM, or OSINT credentials.Background in GSOC operations, crisis management, or risk intelligence.Knowledge of secure comms, travel tracking, or GSOC/alerting platforms.Skills in advanced driving, first aid (TCCC), or event security.Skills & CompetenciesStrong operational planning and threat assessment capabilities.Ability to fuse physical, cyber, and geopolitical risks into clear actions.Effective communicator with executives, assistants, and technical teams.High integrity, discretion, and sound judgment under pressure.Data-driven mindset; comfortable defining KPIs and measuring outcomes. OUR OFFER:    A collaborative environment with colleagues from all over the world (Engineering offices in Europe, Asia and US) including various social events and teambuilding. Ability to shape your own workday and career via a clearly defined professional and personal development plan. Opportunity to develop yourself within an inspiring and fast-growing company with our Career framework possibilities. Vibrant and inclusive community, including Women in Tech and Pride groups which welcome all participants. Global Employee Assistance Programme. Calm and Reulay app (managing stress, maintaining focus, improving sleep, building resilience). Online training videos. Flexible working hours. While we appreciate the flexibility and benefits of working from home, we strongly believe that coming together in person fosters stronger connections, encourages collaboration, and drives innovation—both as individuals and as a company.
