Read job description in: Your Role Als Technical Client Advisory Services Manager (m/w/d) bist Du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden bei technischen Fragen und Herausforderungen. Du arbeitest eng mit einem international aufgestellten Team zusammen und sorgst für einen zuverlässigen 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support. In dieser Rolle übernimmst Du vielfältige und herausfordernde Aufgaben, die Du eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert bearbeitest.Da 360T ein globales 24/7-Supportmodell verfolgt, erwarten wir in dieser Position eine grundsätzlich flexible Arbeitsweise und die Bereitschaft, auch an Wochenenden zu arbeiten. Nur so können wir im Sinne unseres echten Follow-the-Sun-Ansatzes eine durchgehende Kundenbetreuung über alle Zeitzonen hinweg sicherstellen. Deine Aufgaben Kundensupport: Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei technischen Fragen und Problemen – von der ersten Anfrage über die Fehleranalyse bis zur Bereitstellung effektiver Lösungen.Problemanalyse: Du gehst technischen Störungen auf den Grund, analysierst Ursachen systematisch und arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen, um relevante Informationen zu erfassen.Lösungsfindung: Auf Basis Deiner Analyse entwickelst Du zielgerichtete Lösungen, erstellst verständliche Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitungen oder gibst konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen.Eskalationsmanagement: Kommt ein Problem über 1st oder 2nd Level hinaus, koordinierst Du die Weitergabe an spezialisierte Teams. Dabei stellst Du eine reibungslose Kommunikation zwischen Kunden und internen Ansprechpartnern sicher.Kundenbeziehungsmanagement: Du baust vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen auf, förderst aktiv die Kundenzufriedenheit und gibst proaktiv technische Empfehlungen zur Optimierung von Systemen und Prozessen.Dokumentation: Du dokumentierst alle Anfragen, Lösungswege und Erkenntnisse präzise in unserem Ticketsystem und der internen Wissensdatenbank – damit das Know-how im Team nachhaltig genutzt werden kann.Arbeiten im globalen Team: Du bist Teil eines international aufgestellten Teams, das im Rahmen eines 24/7-Supportmodells arbeitet. Dazu gehört auch die Bereitschaft, regelmäßig Wochenenddienste zu übernehmen, um unseren Follow-the-Sun-Support über alle Zeitzonen hinweg sicherzustellen. As a Technical Client Services Manager, you will work in a global team, supporting customers during their lifecycle as a client of 360T, acting as first and second level support. You will face a broad variety of tasks in a challenging environment, be the first point of contact for our clients and have major opportunities for growth.
